✨ Choosing the right size & personalisation

  • You set up the board and the minifigure station on your guest book table. Guests build a little version of themselves and place their figure onto the board. It becomes a growing display throughout the day, and by the evening you’ll have a finished piece filled with everyone who celebrated with you.

  • Yes. The set comes with simple signage and instructions, and most guests instinctively know what to do when they see the minifigures. It’s very intuitive and doesn’t need explaining by you on the day.

  • Around 10–15 minutes. The board comes ready to place on a table, and the minifigure pieces can be laid out in small bowls or trays. Your venue or a trusted friend can set it up easily if you don’t want to think about it on the day.

  • Absolutely. It works brilliantly for all ages. Children love the building element, and adults enjoy creating a tiny version of themselves. It’s an easy, low-pressure activity that people can dip in and out of during the day.

📦 What’s included & ordering

  • You take the board home and display it as a piece of wall art or on a shelf. It’s designed to be something you’ll want to keep and enjoy long after the day itself, not something that gets put in a drawer.

  • It’s designed to be moved carefully after the wedding. We include guidance on how to transport the finished board so you can take it home safely and set it up for display.

  • Each Figiverse wedding guest book is designed to comfortably fit a set number of guests, based on the size of board you choose. For example, our 80-guest option uses 7 rows of figures, with 12 per row and 8 on the top row. If you’re not sure which size you need, just share your guest numbers and we’ll recommend the best layout so everyone fits without it feeling cramped.

  • Yes. You can personalise your guest book with your names, wedding date, and layout style. You’ll also have tiles to label the board and space for the two centre figures to represent the couple. If you have a particular aesthetic or colour theme in mind, we can help you choose a version that fits your day.

  • Yes. The guest book works beautifully with modern, minimal, colourful, and more relaxed wedding styles. If you want help choosing a version that fits your table styling, just drop us a message.

🖼 After the wedding & keeping it safe

  • Yes. Your set includes the board, minifigure pieces for guests to build themselves, tiles for names and labels, and simple setup instructions. You don’t need to source anything else.

  • We recommend ordering at least 3–4 weeks before your wedding to allow time for personalisation and delivery. If your date is sooner than that, get in touch and we’ll do our best to help if we can.

  • Yes, or as well as. Some couples use Figiverse as their main guest book, others pair it with a small card or note station. Either way, it gives you something far more visual and memorable to keep.
